“What should I post today?”
It’s the question that haunts every business owner in the Exton region. We know social media is important for staying connected to our neighbors, but finding the time to be “creative” every day is exhausting.
The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce Marketing Council has designed this 4-week “Plug-and-Play” template. Just follow the prompt for the day, snap a quick photo, and hit post!
Week 1: The “Human” Factor
People buy from people they know and trust.
- Mon: The Monday Morning Coffee. Share a photo of your morning start (maybe at a local Exton cafe?). Tell your followers what you’re excited to work on this week.
- Tue: Meet the Team. Introduce yourself or an employee. Share one fun fact that has nothing to do with work.
- Wed: Behind the Scenes. Show a “messy” part of your process. People love seeing how the “magic” happens.
- Thu: Throwback Thursday. Share a photo of when you first started your business or your first day in the Exton area.
- Fri: Weekly Win. What’s one good thing that happened this week? Share it and celebrate with your followers!
Week 2: Educational Value
Position yourself as the Exton expert in your field.
- Mon: The “Pro Tip.” Share one piece of advice that saves your customers time or money.
- Tue: Fact or Fiction? Debunk a common myth in your industry.
- Wed: The “How-To.” Post a 30-second video (a “Reel”) showing a quick shortcut related to your service.
- Thu: Answer a FAQ. What is the #1 question you get asked? Answer it in a post.
- Fri: The “Tool of the Trade.” Show a tool or piece of equipment you can’t live without.
Week 3: Community Connection
Show that you’re a proud member of the Exton Region Chamber.
- Mon: Local Shoutout. Tag another Exton business you love (a restaurant, a printer, a gym). Community supports community!
- Tue: Member Spotlight. Mention a fellow Chamber member you recently met or did business with.
- Wed: Local Event Alert. Share an upcoming event in the Exton/Chester County area you’re looking forward to.
- Thu: Why Exton? Tell the story of why you chose to open your business in this region.
- Fri: Weekend Recommendations. Ask your followers: “What are your weekend plans in Exton?”
Week 4: The Soft Sell
Now that they trust you, remind them how you can help.
- Mon: Customer Success Story. Share a quote or a photo (with permission) of a happy client.
- Tue: The “Before & After.” Show the transformation your business provides.
- Wed: Service Spotlight. Pick one specific service and explain exactly how it solves a problem.
- Thu: The “Limited Time” Reminder. Is there a seasonal offer or a deadline coming up? Let them know.
- Fri: Clear Call to Action. Tell them exactly what to do next: “Click the link in our bio to book for next week!”
The Golden Rule of 2026 Social Media:
Done is better than perfect. A quick, authentic photo of your storefront in Exton is often more effective than a highly polished stock photo.
Pro Tip: Use the Canva tool we mentioned in our “Free AI Tools” post to schedule these ahead of time so you can get back to running your business!
