Reardon is a member of the RKL Wealth Management leadership team, helping to develop best practices, drive change, identify challenges and create solutions for the firm.
Reardon is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University. He is a member of the Berks County Estate Planning Association, Financial Planning Association and Greater Reading Young Professionals. Reardon is an engaged leader and hands-on volunteer in his community, serving on the boards of the Tri Valley YMCA and the Wyomissing Football Association and the Finance Committee of Bausman Memorial United Church. He resides in Wyomissing with his family.
