- Gretchen Naso, MBA, CVA, president: Naso will lead RKL Virtual operations and manage strategic goals and growth targets.
- Stephane Smith, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, managing director of workforce strategies: Smith will lead the delivery and development of human resources and compensation services.
- Ryan Moore, CPA, CVA, CGMA, partner/managing director of finance and operations: Moore will lead the delivery and development of outsourced accounting and financial management services.
