Clare Herbert, CPA, promoted to Audit Manager: Herbert is a Manager in the Audit Services Group, responsible for managing audit engagements, supervising engagement staff members and communicating with clients to meet objectives. She previously was an Audit Senior Associate. Herbert is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from York College. She lives in Manchester, PA.
Adam Weaver, CPA, promoted to Audit Manager: Weaver is a Manager in the firm’s Audit Services Group. He services clients in various industries, including not-for-profit, public sector, employee benefit plans and manufacturing and distribution. Weaver is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University, Berks Campus. He lives in Lititz, PA.
Dan Boyle, CPA, CCIFP, promoted to Senior Audit Manager: Boyle is a Senior Manager in the Audit Services Group, having previously served as Manager. His accounting and auditing experience stretches across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and constriction, and he also specializes in employee benefit audits. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has a B.S. in History from Eastern University and an M.S. in Accounting and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University. He lives in Shrewsbury, PA with his family.
Derek Holjes, MPA, CPA, CFE, promoted to Senior Audit Manager: Holjes is a Senior Manager in the Audit Services Group, where he focuses on financial statement audits and internal audit consulting for the financial institution industry group. He previously served as an Audit Manager. She joined RKL in 2011 and previously served as an Audit Manager. Zachary Stricker, MBA, CVA, promoted to Senior Consultant: Stricker is a Senior Consultant in the Business Consulting Services Group. He started at the firm as an intern and joined full time in 2018 after graduating from Alvernia University with his B.A. in Accounting. He also holds an MBA from Alvernia University. Gina Alifano, promoted to Medical Billing Manager: Alifano is a Medical Billing Manager in the Senior Living Services Consulting Group, where she helps to optimize medical billing processes and streamline revenue cycles. She joined the firm in 2018 with three years of experience in the insurance industry. She has an associate’s degree from Harrisburg Community College and lives in Marysville, PA with her son and dog.

Jason Gerber, CPA, promoted to Small Business Senior Manager: Gerber has been promoted to a Senior Manager in the firm’s Small Business Services Group.
In his role, he provides accounting, attestation and tax services to companies in a wide variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing and real estate development. He also manages the individual tax needs of business owners and their families and works on employees benefit plan audits, particularly 401(k) audits.
