My job allows me to educate homebuyers or those who are refinancing on their options when making what is typically the largest financial decision at that point in their life. The right type of loan program for varies greatly from one person to the next which is where my passion lies in understanding the clients short term and long term goals so we can find the loan program that fits their specific situation.
Joining the chamber has provided the opportunity to be more involved in the community, attend events with people of all industries and network those within the community.
Every client of mine is provided with a Total Cost Analysis presentation which outlines and compares various loan program as well as purchasing/refinancing strategies that align with their goals. This allows them to visually see the options and how they compare to one another.
