I really enjoy how rewarding it can be when we get to see our customers faces when they see what the end results look like after a total transformation of a completely dirty area to a professionally cleaned area or after their floor that they thought was completely ruined and needed to be replaced gets stripped and wax or scrubbed and it looks like a brand new floor.
Being as member of the Chamber has given our business numerous benefits such as: opening the door for many business opportunities, building friendships and being able to mentor new businesses.
I define success by being dedicating to my business, valuing our employees and having a true understanding of our company's goals and visions. I also feel that success is defined by giving back to your local community and helping others succeed in life.
Our customers are always impressed because my husband and I, being owners of the business, are always hands on with our employees and
are always available to communicate with. They are also impressed by the dedication and longevity of our employees and their commitment to always be consistent with every job they perform.
I would tell them to always chase after their dreams, have a mentor, consistently work hard and be committed, venture outside of their comfort zone, never let a failure define them, network as much as they can, realize their worth, always give back and help their local community and just show up every day and be the best that they can be.
Most people may not know that I love to garden, love to play miniature golf and that I am going to be a "Gigi" for the first time in early Spring 2022.
