I get to work with an amazing staff to serve this community.
I am able to meet monthly with other non profit leaders to learn from each other. The Exton Chamber has introduced me to many amazing business leaders that challenge me to be the best that I can be.
They easy answer to this question is to say "Hitting all of the organization's goals". My personal definition for success is when there is a family that just graduates from our program successfully, they look back and see how far they have come and have the mindset of never going back to that old life ever again.
There are several non profit agencies that do similar work that North Star does but what separates us is that we will work with a families up to 3 years if they need it. We do this because some families have complicated situations to work through before they can be self sufficient.
