How Bright Spot Cafe Reinvented Themselves During the Pandemic

Owners of Bright Spot Café, Tommy and Shannon Maria Brower and Former NFL player Brandon Noble learned how to quickly reinvent themselves during the pandemic. At the young age of twenty-one, Tommy entered the entertainment and culinary business by purchasing his own bar and hasn’t stopped. He also owns Highbrow Event Group. Tommy always loves putting a smile on peoples’ faces and does it best by being able to cook up something delicious for them to enjoy. He learned his culinary skills from his mother.

Tommy, Shannon Maria and Brandon learned to quickly adapt to the ever-changing environment through the COVID-19 Pandemic. They simply didn’t want to close their doors so they quickly set up a takeout station so their customers can order online and pick up their orders. When Pennsylvania was in the red phase of COVID, they wanted to find a safe way for families to be able to get out and enjoy a nice family dinner or a simple date night by offering a Drive in Event every Saturday that can hold up to 75 cars in their parking lot. It reminded me of the Al’s Drive-in on the TV Show, “Happy Days”. What a way to bring back a flashback from the past, when things were much simpler back then. They have found many ways to give back to the community and the front-line workers. Brandon Noble hand delivered meals to the front-line workers and they are also offering Hero Packages on their website. Bright Spot Café is expanding and hiring. For more information on Bright Spot Café please check out their Facebook page at: or their website at:

I hope you get the opportunity to try out their menu. It is all about reinventing yourself! Please continue to stay safe and practice social distancing. Feel free to contact me, would love to hear from you!
