Exton, PA — September 28, 2021— After a few weeks of closure, Good Life Organic Kitchen has reopened its doors in Eagleview Town Center. Upon opening earlier in the year, Abby and Tom Scogna, owners of Good Life, have been serving organic, locally sourced sandwiches, smoothies, salads and more to the Exton community. Through the pandemic, the duo developed a loyal following due to their healthy menu, weekly specials, and unique partnerships. In early August, they had to shut their doors out of an abundance of caution after a member of the team suspected a case of COVID-19.
“It was extremely important for us to protect our team and guests. As soon as there was the least bit of suspicion, we made the decision to close our doors until we knew that it was safe for all to return,” said Abby Scogna. “When the time was right, we decided to reopen and can’t wait to welcome our guests back for breakfast and lunch daily.
Good Life is fully back in business with new hours, new merchandise, and a new line-up of specials. From 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday and 9am-4pm on Sundays, guests can indulge in cult favorites like the Tropical Buzz Smoothie or the Harvest Salad. Each week, a variation of flatbreads and smoothie bowls are available for a limited time only. “We like to introduce new ingredients that reap unparalleled health benefits each week,” mentioned Abby. “It’s important for us to not only feed the community but educate them as well.” Through collaborations with neighboring business, The-Back.Space, Good Life is launching a social media series highlighting superfoods found on the menu.
