DEI involves creating a place where everyone is welcome, supported, and has the resources they need to grow and thrive regardless of identity, origin, or difference in circumstances. The Exton Region DEI Council is building a community where people and small businesses can meet challenges in diversity and inclusivity.
The DE&I Council meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 9:00am in the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce office.
Our Mission: The Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council’s mission is to advance the economic success of the diverse membership and community by providing relationship building, marketing, education, advocacy and community outreach opportunities.
Our Vision: The intention is to transform the diverse business community into environments where all businesses are valued for their unique identities, and are confident that their contributions, perspectives, and businesses matter.
The Exton Chamber of Commerce has task forces that are dedicated to providing members with small business resources to help their business grow. This includes certifications for government contracting, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other resources that can open up opportunities for women, veterans, minority-owned, and underutilized business enterprises.
