The Mission

The Women’s Workshop Council is a welcoming community within the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce for women who want meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and practical growth — both personally and professionally.

We serve women business owners, leaders, professionals, and emerging leaders who value collaboration over competition and are looking for a space to explore leadership, mindset, wellbeing, and business through a more human lens.

Whether you are new to the Chamber or a long-standing member, the Women’s Workshop offers a place to belong, contribute, and grow.

Our Value Proposition

Women are drawn to the Women’s Workshop because it offers:

  • A deeper alternative to traditional networking
  • A space that values thoughtfulness, reflection, and real conversation
  • Opportunities to learn, lead, and share not only professional knowledge but also other areas of expertise and interest.
  • A supportive peer community that understands how intertwined business and personal life are for women, and the daily reality of balancing professional and personal responsibilities.
  • Topics that feel relevant, grounded, human, educational and relational.

Members often say they leave feeling more connected, clearer in their thinking, and energized by the shared wisdom in the room.

    Monthly Workshops & Roundtables

Interactive sessions led by members and invited facilitators, blending professional development with personal insight.

    Member-Led Facilitation

A rotating model that invites women to share their expertise, questions, and lived wisdom rather than relying solely on outside speakers or a single moderator.

    Conversation-Driven Learning

Topics often explore leadership, mindset, communication, marketing, boundaries, resilience, wellbeing, and navigating change—always grounded in real experience.

    Connection & Community Building

Intentional time for relationship-building, interactive activities, peer support, and conversation beyond surface-level networking.

    Inclusive by Design

Open to women across industries, roles, ages and stages of business, with an emphasis on respect, curiosity, and shared growth.
