Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan: We Are Now Accepting 2023 Community Project Funding Requests

We are once again accepting community project funding requests. The deadline for submission is 6:00 p.m., April 15th, 2022.

This year, each congressional office is permitted to submit up to fifteen projects.  Once again, Chrissy has convened an independent board of community leaders to score the projects based on a variety of merits including:

• Public benefit and need;
• Economic opportunity or job creation;
• Ability to address imminent threats to public health, safety, or the environment;
• Capacity to promote equity and inclusion for underserved populations;
• Potential to address the high rates of poverty and financial exclusion among low income communities.
