WYOMISSING, PA (May 25, 2021) – RKL LLP today announced an expansion of its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expertise with the hire of Bryan Redding, PMP, as a Senior Consultant. Redding’s focus will be conducting due diligence, quality of earnings reports and other transaction advisory services for lower middle market companies.
Previously, Redding worked in the M&A practice for a Big 4 accounting firm, where he advised clients through all aspects of the M&A lifecycle, including pre-transaction due diligence, separation planning and execution and post-close integration.
Redding holds a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. He resides in West Reading, PA.
