Our History, Mission & Vision

The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce is a private, voluntary, nonprofit 501(C)(6) business organization, founded in 1972, that is dedicated to improving the economic environment of our community, fostering the development of business growth and prosperity, advocating for sound public policy, and providing our members with outstanding programs and benefits.

Our mission is to advance the economic success of the membership and community by providing relationship building, marketing, education, advocacy and community outreach opportunities.

The Chamber’s vision is to support and promote an improved business climate to grow member businesses.

Ambassadors

The Ambassadors are dedicated volunteers from businesses throughout the Exton Region and are members of the Chamber. They act as a liaison between the Chamber and our member businesses.

The focus of an Exton Region Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors is:

  • To support and actively participate in the goals and action plans established by the Chamber
  • To welcome and involve existing members through participated in Chamber sponsored events
  • To encourage new members to get involved in the many programs offered by the Chamber
  • To act as hosts to introduce others
  • To greet everyone at events, making them feel welcome
  • To participate in ribbon cutting ceremonies
  • To participate in Ambassador meetings
  • To represent the Chamber in a professional manner
  • To serve as a source of information for Chamber programs, products, events, and services.

The ambassador council meets on the first Friday of the month from 12pm to 1pm in the chamber office.
